For Body:
Apply directly to wet skin or lather with a sponge.
Massage gently in circular motions and rinse thoroughly.


For Hair:
Wet hair thoroughly. Rub the bar between hands or onto scalp, lather gently, and rinse well.

For Face:
Lather in hands and apply to damp skin using gentle circular motions. Avoid the eye area and rinse with lukewarm water. Use once daily or as needed for sensitive skin.
