Our journey began when our founder, Mr Vejaiyan, recognised the growing need for trusted, high-quality health supplements—particularly among Singapore’s ageing population. Guided by his passion for health and fitness, and supported by a capable and dedicated team, Herbal Pharm has continued to grow and innovate over the years.

Today, we operate from our corporate office in Toa Payoh, supported by three showroom and retail stores, a dedicated delivery fleet and a customer service team of more than 10 staff. Through digitalisation, product innovation and an integrated omnichannel experience, we aim to make every interaction with Herbal Pharm convenient, personal and dependable—whether our customers shop with us online, in-store or through our customer service team.

Sustainability is also an important part of how we move forward. Over the years, we have collaborated with local and international organisations to improve our packaging and introduce more eco-conscious initiatives as part of our broader sustainability efforts.

Our dedication to quality and innovation was recognised in 2021 when Herbal Pharm was awarded the Made With Passion mark, a national initiative celebrating local brands and their commitment to creating products that people love and trust. In the same year, we achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting our commitment to quality management practices and continuous improvement.
