Refund & Exchange Policy
  • The company practices a no refund policy
  • Products once opened cannot be returned for a refund.
  • If you receive a wrong product ensure that you do not open the packaging and inform us and we will exchange it with the right product
  • In the event that you received damaged or spoilt products, we will replace the damaged or spoilt product with a new one
Service & Delivery Policy
  • Delivery in Singapore is free above $40 of purchase
  • We practice same day delivery
  • We have two delivery time belts, 1 to 5pm and 7 to 10pm
  • As long as you have placed your order by 12pm & 4.30pm you can receive the product in the same day
  • If you require express delivery, i.e. within 1 hour, we can provide it, however charges depending on where you are located will apply
  • All overseas shipping & delivery will incur charges which the customer has to bear
  • Kindly note that we cannot deliver liquid based products to some jurisdictions. Australia and New Zealand are two such examples.
