The December Extravaganza Scratch & Sure Win (S&SW) campaign will run from December 1st to December 31st, 2023.
Eligibility
You will receive one S&SW card for every $150 spent on official Herbal Pharm channels.

Card Usage
- S&SW cards cannot be transferred between customers.
- Product rewards may not be exchanged for other products or their monetary value.
- Individual product redemptions are subject to stock availability and will be exchanged for another product of similar value in case of unavailability.
Redemption Process
The original S&SW card must be presented upon redemption at our retail outlets or via phone call. Cash and Vouchers redemption is only available at the following outlets:

Reward Expiry
Reward redemption is valid until January 31, 2024. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
Card Responsibility
- Herbal Pharm is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed S&SW cards. No replacements will be provided in these circumstances.
- Damaged, defaced, lost or torn cards will not be considered valid for reward redemption.

Herbal Pharm reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of the December Extravaganza S&SW campaign without prior notice.
