Manuka Honey 500+, 250g:

For Daily Wellness:
Take 1 teaspoon (5g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals to support immune health and overall wellbeing. Can be consumed directly or stirred into warm (not hot) water, herbal tea, or smoothies.

For Digestive Health:
Consume 1–2 teaspoons daily, ideally before meals, to soothe the digestive tract and support gut balance. Avoid mixing with boiling liquids to preserve beneficial properties.

For Skincare & Wound Support:
Apply a thin layer of honey directly onto clean, dry skin to help soothe minor cuts, blemishes, or dry patches. Cover with a sterile bandage if needed. Always use clean utensils when applying topically.

Take a spoonful slowly or mix with warm lemon water to help relieve throat discomfort and coughing. Repeat 2–3 times a day as needed.
