Manuka Honey 800+, 250g:
For Targeted Wellness or Recovery:
Take ½ to 1 teaspoon daily to support more intensive wellness needs, including immune recovery or skin healing.
For Topical Use:
Apply a thin layer directly to minor cuts, wounds, or blemishes to help soothe and protect. Always use clean utensils and cover if needed.
For Soothing Throat Discomfort:
Let 1 teaspoon melt slowly in the mouth, 2–3 times daily as needed.
Note: Due to its high potency, MGO 800+ is best used in smaller amounts and for short-term or targeted support.

Each serving (2 softgels) contains Fish Oil 2500 mg, providing EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 900 mg and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 600 mg, along with Vitamin D3 10 mcg, Vitamin E 10 mg, and Vitamin K 55 mcg. Other ingredients include Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, Methyl Paraben, and Propyl Paraben. Allergens: Contains Fish (Sardinella Longiceps). Lemon flavour added.

Each serving (2 softgels) contains Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa) 1000 mg.
